Prince Paul , DJ , Producer , man of mystery , crime fighter and peoples champion , Hip hop skit inventor Producer of 3 grammy award winning albums and nominations ,” Best Prodcer of the year” 1990 New york music awards . in addition to numerous awards gold and platnum Records.
Originally a member of Stetsasonic, he produced tracks on hip-hop albums such as 3rd Bass’ 1989 debut album The Cactus Album and De La Soul’s first three… albums. After which he put together two solo albums: Psychoanalysis: What is It? and the hip hop opera A Prince Among Thieves, which featured Big Daddy Kane, Xzibit, Kool Keith and Everlast. He, along with Frukwan of Stetsasonic, Too Poetic of Brothers Grimm, and The RZA of Wu-Tang Clan, made up the Gravediggaz.
Paul still spins music all around the world showing he can still still “rock a party!” touring as a solo act and with De la soul and various groups. Paul was once asked “ what has been your greatest project ?” Paul replied “ I have yet to do it “ . On that note Paul continues to push his creativity into the future .
