It is so crazy how 6 years have passed by for the legendary Get Up Get Down Fridays at Shine Nightclub. Originating at The Tokyo Lounge and then finding a new home at Shine, this club night has seen the likes of the worlds greatest DJs and so many unforgetable parties. We are so stoked that you, our loyal friends, fans and followers, have made this night the success it has become. We can’t thank you enough. We wouldn’t be here still rockin’ every Friday night without you. So, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
We decided that we would bring in one of Vancitys favorites to throw down for all of us on this dope occasion along side our long time residents.
And there will plenty of complimentary bevies for all of you courtesy of Belvedere Vodka, Hennessy, Molson, Havana Club and Jager.

TEAM CANADA DJS
Originally a battle DJ, D.R.one linked with producer DJ Grandtheft in Montreal. Realizing they had a creative style of club DJing in common, the duo began throwing fun parties all over the east coast. Eventually they formed the Team Canada DJ Crew in late 2004 and released their all-remix whitelabel debut “Classic Material Volume 1″. Team Canada have quickly established themselves as Canada’s top club remixers and party DJs. Blazing some of the hottest clubs worldwide with a unique mix of music, they have made their mark with a four turntable party set. People who have ever been to a Team Canada party, know that you leave having partied hard, cheered hard, and danced to music you never imagined mixed together in the same night.
