DJ NU-MARK
DJ Nu-Mark started spinning as a teenager in Los Angeles. Over the course of the following two decades, he built a collection of over 35,000 records, refining his skills and style to the tune of global recognition in the DJ world. Recognized for his work in Jurassic 5, Nu-Mark is responsible for half of the production of the gold-selling group’s body of work, and his innovative DJ routines and creative on-stage antics have made him a favorite of crowds all over the world.
Nu-Mark is well known for his innovative sonic creativity, such as attaching a rubber band to his turntable’s needle and playing it like an upright bass or tapping on the turntable dust cover to simulate a bass drum. Incorporating a wide range of musical styles from soul to funk, hip-hop to samba, Nu-Mark loves to surprise an audience with a forgotten gem, an unknown banger, or a fresh take on a well-known hit.

Raised by musicians in Nelson BC Canada, Erica Dee has always had the inspiration of her parents pushing her along her path. In 2002 at the age of only sixteen, she began her career as a solo mc, singing and rhyming over everything from beat boxing, to reggae to hip hop to house. She since has performed all over North America, Panama and Costa Rica performing at clubs, parties and Music festivals having shared the stage with artist like; LIL KIM, Lyrics Born, Chali TUna, Quest Love, DJ Nu Mark (Jerassic 5) and Wayne Wonder .
Erica’s voice has a unique and soothing flavour, although she has often been compared to artists such as Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill and Dee Light. Since 2002 Erica has collaborated and worked with a variety of different projects. Her most recent project is Luscious Beats. Luscious Beats brings all her skills as a DJ and Emcee into collaboration with Wassabi Collective’s Dynamic Melissa Meretsky. Live Vocals, Percussion and beats are combine to create a driving sounds ready for the crowd.
