Don’t let his job at the Top 40 Radio Station fool you, Flipout is a very educated genre-blind musical connoisseur and b-boy for life, having battled and won many local M.C, D.J, & b-boy competitions! Plus he’s toured with KRS-One and The Liks, and has served as DJ for among others, Raekwon (Wu-Tang), Talib Kweli, and Jin the MC! Flipout has opened for Jay Z, Grandmaster Flash, Ice Cube, and Jermaine Dupri! Flipout has enjoyed DJing alongside DJ Vice, DJ Starting from Scratch, Questlove (the Roots), DJ Kemo, DJ Eleven, Team Canada, and Ali Shaheed Muhammed (A Tribe Called Quest/Lucy Pearl). With his long-time companions Jay Swing (those mf’s) and Zak Santiago (los hermanos libres), Flipout can be found any night of the week making crowds go crazy!

While his foundation is strictly and only rap, hip-hop, funk, soul, 80′s, dancehall and reggae he has the versatility, know how and skill to rock in any genre (including, coincidently, rock music). He’s generally considered a crowd pleasing party rocker and has a PHD in “making bitches dance”. Of course I made that last part up (he only has a Masters degree) and I’m hyping him up for this bio, but truly, Hedspin can and will and does turn a party out.

A former two time world champion Dj , Dj Vinroc relocated to the west coast in 1997 to the Bay Area. Based on the west coast He began working with and performing with some of the most celebrated djs in the music industry: tour dates alongside Dj Z-trip, The Beat Junkies, Kid Kapri, Dj Qbert and Mix Master Mike just to name a few. He has even had the privilege to speak on a dj panel at a hip hop summit with the late Jam Master Jay and flanked by Africa Bambaataa. He has also been featured in numerous publications including urb magazine, the Source, XXL, the cover of Dj times, and rolling stones throughout his career. Vinroc represents two Dj super
groups on each coast:5th Platoon from New York City and the Triple Threat Djs from the Bay Area, whose member include celebrated Mixtape Dj Neil Armstrong as well as Former ISP member DJ Shortkut.
